The money collected from this foundation’s annual fund-raising efforts supports Akron Children’s Hospital through the Carina Gift Card fund. All funds are used to support families with financial hardships to purchase everyday necessities such as groceries, gas, and paying down accumulated medical expenses while their children require extensive treatment and prolonged hospitalization.
The generous support of individuals like you makes it possible for our organization to exist and to help minimize suffering and enhance quality of life for infants, children, and young adults who are journeying through a chronic, complex, or life-threatening condition.
