A non-profit organization established in 2009 created in honor of a Carina Ruth –Ann Britz, a child who was born right in your neighborhood with a life threatening illness. This organization was founded by her parents and supported by family and friends who were not only inspired by the miracle of her birth, but also by the love and support that surrounded them in the heart break of her death.
